SERVICE TERMS

GBW provides digital financial tools and resources. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed. You will receive access to services via email or your GBW account.

We may engage trusted third-party contractors, freelancers or service providers to deliver components of our services. GBW remains responsible for the overall quality and delivery of the services as agreed.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Where your website includes integrations with external platforms (such as Stripe, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, CRMs, calendars, booking tools, or analytics services), the client is responsible for supplying all necessary access and configuration details. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Active account credentials (logins or authorised access)
  • Embed codes, widgets, or forms
  • API keys, webhook URLs, or tracking IDs (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) 

GBW does not create, configure, or manage third-party accounts on your behalf. Integration is dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the credentials you provide. Any third-party platform requests or troubleshooting beyond standard integration are subject to a separate agreement and quotation. Delays in access may impact delivery timeframes or launch functionality.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all required content, brand assets, platform access, and approvals in a timely manner. This includes:

  • Final logo, colour palette, font choices, images, and written content
  • Access to third-party tools, embeds, or accounts where integration is required
  • Timely feedback on revisions, layouts, and staging approvals 

Failure to provide these items may affect build timelines, revision cycles, or scheduled launch dates. Requests for additional design, content, or functionality outside of scope will be subject to agreement and quotation.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel or modify your plan via your GBW dashboard before your next billing cycle.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not offered for a change of mind. If a service is faulty or inaccessible, please log a support ticket or email us at info@goodbudgetwebsite.com.au for assistance. Where a service failure is confirmed, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

SUPPORT

GBW offers customer support via email. For technical issues, billing inquiries, or general assistance, please log a support ticket or email info@goodbudgetwebsite.com.au. Our support hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and any actions taken through it. You agree not to share access to GBW content with unauthorised parties.

ASSIGNMENT & SUCCESSORS

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without your prior consent, including in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate restructure, insolvency, or administration. These Terms will remain binding upon you and any successors or permitted assigns.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to any changes.
